3. Client Obligations
Provision of Information: Clients agree to provide all necessary information and content required for the execution of services. Delays in providing this information may impact project timelines and deliverables.Access to Accounts: Clients may be required to provide Supreme Digital with access to their website, social media, advertising accounts, or CRM platforms to facilitate service delivery.Approval of Work: Clients must review and approve work within specified timelines. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Structure: Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, payments are made monthly, with the first payment due upon signing the agreement.Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
5. Service Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice. However, clients are required to honour the payment for the final month of services. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they will be terminated.No Refunds: Supreme Digital does not offer refunds for services already rendered. Upon cancellation, any outstanding work or deliverables will be completed within the final month of service.
6. Performance and Results
No Guarantees: While Supreme Digital strives to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a certain number of leads, sales, or improvements in search engine rankings. Digital marketing performance is influenced by various factors beyond our control.Reporting and Analytics: Supreme Digital will provide regular reports to track the performance of the services provided. Clients should review these reports and discuss any concerns promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own all the content, creative assets, and intellectual property created by Supreme Digital as part of the service. However, Supreme Digital retains the right to showcase this work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Third-Party Content: Any third-party content or software used in the delivery of services remains the property of the respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms.
8. Confidentiality
Client Confidentiality: Supreme Digital agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information or business secrets obtained during the course of the engagement to any unauthorised persons or entities.
9. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Supreme Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.Force Majeure: Supreme Digital shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or technical failures.
10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance to their rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final.
11. Amendments
Supreme Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services following such notification will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
